M.A. Ancient Languages and Cultures, Utah State University, 2021
During the course of my undergraduate education, I developed an interest in Ancient Greek lexicography and historical linguistics. In my time at Utah State University, I was able to pursue this interest in my research on the Second Sophistic scholar, Herennius Philo of Byblos. More recently, my projects have involved looking at intertextual relationships in the ancient scholarly tradition, in particular how scholars developed particular didactic formulae.
